A Little Fall of Rain
This past winter, Northern California was deluged with enough rain to bring us out of a 10-year drought. Water accumulated behind an old tree stump up the hill behind the house and brought it down, along with a small mound of mud. Then, sunshine came and a California Redbud Tree above the mud bloomed and dropped these lovely little petals on top of last winter’s memory.
